PREPARANDO EL TERRENO PARA UNA TIENA DE JEFE ORCO

PREPARING THE GROUND FOR AN ORC BOSS TENT

 

 

 

Este año quiero intentar participar en todos los desafíos de los tres concursos y en el MasterMini, me gustaría hacerlo todos los meses, seguramente no pueda por una cosa u otra, pero bueno, en enero creo que tengo tiempo suficiente, así que no va a ser ahora cuando falle.

Para El Desafío Escenografía he cogido el trozo de corcho que lleva en casa ahora un año justo, puesto que lo cogí el día 6 de enero de 2023, cuando fuimos de camping a el monte, como es tradición por aquí. Pues eso, lo he cogido y he decidido que va a ser una roca y parte de la estructura de una tienda orca.

For The Scenography Challenge I have taken the piece of cork that has been at home for just one year now, since I took it on January 6, 2023, when we went camping in the mountains, as is tradition here. Well, I took it and decided that it is going to be a rock and part of the structure of an orcish tent.

 

 

Con las ideas medio claras comencé a hacer probaturas de la posición y elementos a colocar, en un principio con mucho corcho natural y todo muy recargado, iba a ser como una pequeña atalaya, pero creo que se quedaba todo demasiado comprimido, así que finalmente decidí sustituir la base por una plana de otra mesa que ya ni uso ni me gusta, y quitar casi todo.

 With my ideas half clear I began to make tests of the position and elements to place, at first with a lot of natural cork and everything very ornate, it was going to be like a small watchtower, but I think everything was too compressed, so I finally decided replace the base with a flat one from another table that I no longer use or like, and remove almost everything.

 

 

Ahora tocaba borrar la huella de lo anterior, para lo cual he usado un par de tarros de masilla para embadurnarlo todo y prepararlo para la siguiente capa, con arena fina. 

Now it was time to erase the trace of the previous, for which I used a couple of jars of putty to smear everything and prepare it for the next layer, with fine sand.

 

Lo siguiente ha sido aplicar una capa de agua con cola a todo para que se pegue mejor. Ahora estoy esperando a que todo seque, voy a aprovechar para imprimar en negro las minis para El Desafío de enero...
