Acabados los cuatro primeros Nâzguls de Dol Guldur, creo que me doy por satisfecho con el tono lila en los brillos de las capas, ese va a ser mi esquema de color.

Realmente ya tengo los nueve acabados, mañana os muestro el resto...

Después de haber pintado a los Nueve ya cuatro veces, aún me quedan en la versión de Dol Guldur, al menos así no tengo que  pintarlos a pie y montados, estos solo van a pie. Con los genéricos en sus peanas escénicas y los de nombre también acabados, llega la hora de meterles mano a estos que son los más bonitos. Y aún quedará el hacer a los nueve en Bestia alada, para lo cual ya tengo las nueve bichas, pero esa es otra historia.

La cosa es que creo que son rápidos de pintar, solo unas luces de color en las capas y luego mucho metalizado, así que los he elegido para El Desafío de Abril, y de camino he incluido en el lote a Sauron, que tengo con la peana medio lista como de la batalla donde pierde el anillo...

En fin, me he decidido por tonos violetas para los reflejos, y luego eso, metal y negro, sencillo, pero creo que van a quedar bien.

The thing is, I think they're quick to paint, just a few colored highlights on the layers and then a lot of metallic, so I've chosen them for El Desafío April, and on the way I've included Sauron in the batch, which I have with the base half ready as from the battle where he lost the ring... 

 Anyway, I have decided on violet tones for the reflections, and then that, metal and black, simple, but I think they will look good.

Hace tres días decidí que tenía que participar en El Desafío de Marzo, no quería que me pasase como el año pasado que apenas participé tres o cuatro meses, y si quiero seguir esforzándome nada mejor que obligarme de forma que pueda optar a la Clasificación final, aunque el nivel es muy alto, pero si no vuelvo a fallar puedo estar ahí con la constancia, y para eso tengo que no fallar más, así que cogí mis dos bestias aladas que tenía imprimadas y les he dado un poco de caña.

El pintado es muy básico y sencillo, con mucha pintura Contrast de Citadel, luego detalles y al final tintas, así que el pintado no es gran cosa, la verdad, pero bueno, para salir del paso, y al final en las fotos no han quedado tan mal como yo pensaba...

Tras un tiempo sin tocarlos, hace un par de días decidí acabar con los Nâzgul con nombre que me quedaban por pintar, y lo hice, primero os presento a este Señor de las Sombras, al que he dado el brillito con amarillos, aunque con el negro más bien parecen verdes.

Y otro más, en esta ocasión El Corrupto, quizás mi favorito por la pose que tiene. Lo he pintado con los brillos en verdes, en apenas una horita y creo que ha quedado bastante bien, al menos yo estoy muy satisfecho con el resultado.

Hoy ha caído el siguiente Nâzgul con nombre, El Traidor.

De nuevo esquema de negros con brillos de color, para El Traidor brillos con grises en la capucha y con violetas en la capa, mientras el caballo lleva brillos en grises más claros.

La verdad es que lo he pintado en un rato de nada y no ha quedado nada mal.

EL CORSARIO DE UMBAR

Cuarta entrega de mis Nâzguls con nombre. En esta ocasión he acabado El Corsario de Umbar.

Anoche pinté la versión a pie, y esta mañana, después de acabar las peanas de los Orcos de Gundabad me puse con el montado y también me ha dado tiempo de acabarlo.

Tienen más trabajo del que puede parecer, ya que las luces sobre los negros las hago con distintos colores, en este caso hay tres tonos diferentes, uno para la capa del Nâzgul, otro para la capucha y un tercero para las telas del caballo, sin embargo en las fotos no se aprecian bien las diferencias.

Además en los plateados de las armaduras hay tintas violetas para que tome un cierto tono a Umbar, coincidiendo con los colores morados y violetas con los que tengo pintados a los Corsarios de Umbar y Guerreros de Umbar.
