Mi trabajo para el MasterMini de enero en La Guerra del Anillo. Me gusta como ha quedado, aunque no tenga nivel para competir en el MasterMini, pero bueno, para arañar algún punto más para El Desafío Total de este año, que suma los puntos de los cuatro concursos...

Este año quiero ir participando todo lo que pueda en los distintos concursos que organizamos en La Guerra del Anillo, así que nada, había que buscar un Hombre de la Luz para este primer mes del MasterMini, y mirando mirando me ha gustado esta figura de Ridgeback Miniatures, que va a ser un Miliciano de la Ciudad de Lago. A ver qué tal queda.

Ayer me llegaron a casa dos paquetes con miniaturas, uno con representación de la Guardia de la Ciudad de Lago, el Capitán de la Guardia y seis guardias, tres con espada y tres con arco, todo en blister.

Esta vez he conseguido para los Dunlendinos y para hacer algunos Milicianos de la Ciudad de Lago y otras para Rufianes.

La semana pasada me llegó un paquete desde Alemania con unas minis que compré aprovechando el Black Friday, todo muy rápido, y todo muy bien.

Me he pillado dos packs de cada.

Primero tenemos los Trasgos Mercenarios, seis modelos muy chulos, a falta de las minis de GW, pero eso lo mismo ni sale, así que ya tengo estos.

En fin, que ya están aquí los lanceros de la Ciudad de Lago. Un popurrí de miniaturas, con tres de GW, dos de RedBox Miniatures, otras dos de Frostgrave y una de... ¿Foundry quizás?... no lo sé a ciencia cierta.

En fin, a ver si me pongo ahora mismo a pintar un rato, está lloviendo y no creo que vaya a la Feria hoy. Eso sí, tengo un problema, y es que me he cargado mi último pincel 10/0... el lunes intentaré pillarme un par nuevos.

El resultado... no estoy del todo contento, iba bien de tiempo, pero últimamente he estado muy liado y ni las peanas lucen como debieran después de diez o doce capas, ni los escudos están rematados como debían tampoco, pero bueno, se salvan en general, creo.

Los dos que faltaban para completar la compañía. El de la izquierda es de RedBox Miniatures, podría pasar por uno de los pocos con conocimientos de guerra en la ciudad ya que lleva espada y escudo. En el escudo he pintado una especie de emblema de la Ciudad de Lago, unas ondas de agua y tres casas.

El de la derecha es de Fireforge, no es una mini tan detallada como la otra, pero creo que vale perfectamente. El casco lo he pintado a semajanza de los de las minis de GW que llevan uno parecido.

Tenía muchísimas ganas de ponerme a pintar los hombres de la Ciudad de Lago, muchísimas ganas, desde que Capitanmanu pintó y conversionó los suyos tenía ganas de meterles mano, y he decidido que ha llegado el momento, así que me he preparado 32 minis para comenzar a hacer un ejército básico.

Por ahora voy a comenzar con los que llevan espadas o similar, y luego, más adelante me pondré con los lanceros y los arqueros.

Para aumentar la variedad he tirado de algunas minis de RedBox Miniatures que me parecen muy buenas para simular aldeanos, y luego otras de Fireforge, concretamente los Mongoles, además de algunas de aldeanos creo que de Grenadier o similar, es más difícil saber la marca de estas, y estoy a la espera de que me llegue un pedido con algunas más.
