MORDOR'S URUK-HAI 09

Otro empujoncito más y cuatro Uruks más casi acabados. Hoy he estado un rato pintando tranquilamente y he conseguido dejar otros cuatro casi acabados, a falta de las tintas y las peanas más que nada.

URUK-HAI DE MORDOR 08

Los tres primeros Uruk-hai de Mordor están casi acabados, faltan algunos detalles, tintas sobre todo y oscurecer algunas cosillas, y la peana, aunque las peanas son bastante sencillas, pintar las piedras y luego uno o dos pinceles secos con colores marrones claritos y un poco de césped amarillento.

Ya he podido empezar a pintar, y aunque se me apetece otra cosa, tengo que seguir con el esquema cromático que ya tienen mis otras miniaturas de Uruk-hai de Mordor, así que pieles azules y ropajes en marrón. Eso sí, estos llevan mucha armadura, mithril y demás, cosa que los anteriores apenas si llevaban, así que ahí sí podré usar colores nuevos (tampoco es que vaya a poner nada raro).

Por ahora lo que he pintado son el comienzo de las pieles, en azul claro, y no van mal, lo que pasa es que los anteriores Uruk-hai de Mordor iban muy tapados, y estos sin embargo van medio desnudos, así que el azul se ve de lejos, y quedan un poco (o bastante) raros.

Pues no he querido esperar más y me he puesto a preparar los Medio Orcos de Grenadier para transformarlos en más tropa de Uruk-hais de Mordor, los nueve.

Simplemente lo que he hecho es cortar las bases metálicas (bastante difícil de hacerlo, al menos para mí), y ponerle unos trocitos de corcho y arena para las bases.

Esta semana que ha acabado me han llegado unas cuantas cosas, y entre ellas un gran lote que he pillado en Ebay a muy buen precio, ¿su contenido?... ni más ni menos que 5 águilas, tres de la marca Gamezone y un par de las Grandes Águilas de GW, y además en otro de los paquetes de la semana llegaba otra águila de Gamezone, así que me he juntado en apenas un par de días con seis rapaces.

ENANOS Y MEDIO ORCOS DE GRENADIER

Me acaban de llegar unas minis que he pillado en Ebay, unos cuantos lotes con minis que ya tenía de GW pero que no están mal y unas cuantas que no conseguía identificar pero que me gustaron.

Ahora que las tengo aquí he conseguido identificarlas como Enanos y Medio Orcos de la marca Grenadier (o Mirliton ahora en la web).

Bien, empecemos por los enanos.

Primero un cuarteto todos con espadones grandes, muy bien esculpidos y con escudos lisos para decorar al gusto y armaduras variadas, interesantes.

He conseguido acabar a tiempo, llevo todo el día liado con las últimas minis, y por fin he podido acabar, al final he pintado diez, no está mal para los cuatro días que he pintado realmente.

Una de las cosas que más me gustó cuando vi la primera parte de El Hobbit, cuando entran en la Ciudad de los Trasgos, era el tema de los murciélagos, sobre todo cuando leí el libro de las Crónicas y decía que los murciélagos eran todo un problema para los trasgos, que hacían trampas y demás para evitarlos y capturarlos, pensé que cuando pintase mis trasgos les pondría murciélagos, así que aquí está uno de los resultados.

Otra de las ideas que saqué del visionado de la peli fue que algunos trasgos trepaban por los largueros verticales, y entre eso y un murciélago gigante que me encontré por ahí, decidí poner a un trasgo escondido bajo unos maderos resguardándose de un gran murciélago... era un poco arriesgado, pero me gusta como ha quedado.
