Pues tras una noche y un día de pintura a ratos ya tengo a estos tres casi listos, casi porque como siempre hay que acabar las peanas, hacer detalles mejor y en este caso pasar por el pincel de las tintas que siempre hago al final, pero vamos, más o menos ya están listos.

Primero uno de los Heraldos del Campeón del Rey, tonos verdes para este muchacho.

En un par de semanas se celebra en Granada el Torneo Nacional de El Señor de los Anillos auspiciado por la página La Guerra del Anillo de la que soy administrador desde hace ya unos años. Es la cuarta edición del Torneo Nacional, y hasta ahora no he ido a ninguno, en los tres años anteriores me ha pillado de vacaciones en el extranjero o por ahí, y no he podido ir, pero este año, si la cosa no se tuerce a última hora podré ir.

Ya haré una entrada con todo lo que allí acontezca, pero por ahora a lo que voy: Necesito pintarme unos cuantos héroes enanos para mi lista de 400 puntos de la Luz, y es que hay que llevar una lista de la oscuridad de 400 puntos y otra de la Luz además de la lista a 800 de tu ejército.

La cosa es que en mi lista llevo, recomendado por varios amigos, a El Campeón del Rey y sus Heraldos y al Portador del Escudo, así que como no los tengo pintados pues me dispongo a ello, pero ya puestos he decidido pintar unas minis que tenía por aquí desde hace tiempo de Black Chapel Miniatures, una empresa española con unas minis increíbles, y que en el caso de los enanos quedan muy bien con los de GW, sobre todo para héroes o personajes destacados.

The thing is that I have on my list, recommended by several friends, the Champion of the King and his Heralds and the Shieldbearer, so as I do not have them painted, I am ready to do so, but I have already decided to paint some minis that I had been here for a long time of Black Chapel Miniatures, a Spanish company with incredible minis, and that in the case of dwarves are very good with GW, especially for heroes or prominent characters.

Yo me he decidido por estos tres para representar a los que necesito. A la izquierda tenemos un Venerable como uno de los Heraldos del Campeón del Rey, el otro va a ser uno de los de GW, en el centro tenemos a Chief como El Campeón del Rey, y a la izquierda un Warrior como El Portador del Escudo.

Como estoy pintando mi ejército de Morannon, y tras pintar unos cuántos de Capitanes de Morannon, me hacía falta pintar algún héroe con nombre... es decir: Gothmog. Me decidí a pintar los dos modelos que hay a la vez, pera que al menos los colores sean los mismos. Me faltan por pintar los modelos montados en wargo, que espero pintar en breve, pero bueno, por ahora, a falta de detalles y las peanas, que como siempre pintaré cuando tenga más Morannon preparados para ello, las minis de Gothmog están listas.

Parece que Games Workshop quiere revitalizar el juego de El Señor de los Anillo y El Hobbit, o como lo han pasado a llamar ahora Juego de Batallas Estratégicas de la Tierra Media, casi ná.

Bueno, por ahora lo que han hecho es sacar una nueva Caja de Inicio, que tengo pedida y creo y espero que llega el martes que viene, ya hablaré entonces de ella, y un libro nuevo de Ejércitos, que por lo que he visto y leído es un pequeño refrito en cuanto a montaje, no aporta nada nuevo, simplemente se han "corregido" algunos perfiles de algunas miniaturas. Este Libro de Ejércitos viene a sustituir el último de El Hobbit, además quedamos todo a la espera de que pronto aparezca la actualización de los perfiles de las miniaturas de El Hobbit, puesto que este solo es de El Señor de los Anillos, un poco lioso, y además esto parece hecho para en un futuro sacar un compendio completo con el que volver a sacarnos más pasta.

También han sacado unos dados para Ejércitos de Mordor, Rohan y genérico, en colores rojo, verde y amarillo. No son ni mucho menos como los preciosos que sacaran al principio de cada facción, y de la cual aún ando buscando los de Lothlorien, pero tampoco están mal. Al menos esta vez el dibujo sustituye al 6 y no al 1 como en los viejos (vaya cagada).

Por cierto, estoy pensándome en hacerme unos dados míos con el Dragón de mi avatar en vez del 6... creo que voy a hacerlo, dados personalizados...

Ayer me llegó el paquete de Zealot Miniatures, más rápido de lo previsto, y aunque al principio no hubo comunicación, en cuanto estuvo preparado sí que me pasaron el seguimiento. Me he pillado un Ogro para tunearlo y convertirlo en un Ogro de los de Gundabad, y una Gárgola que voy a convertir en un Morador de la Oscuridad para el ejército de Moria, porque la verdad es que creo que queda fenomenal para conseguir más variedad, incluso de tamaño es perfecto, como se puede ver en la segunda foto.
