Acabo de dar por finalizado el Capitán de Gorgoroth que dejé ayer casi listo. Ahora lo que falta es basear a los ocho orcos, como este tiene un buen tronco de árbol bajo los pies va a tocar meter algo de hierba... no sé, no lo veo, pero bueno, ya me decidiré. Por cierto, ya funciona la reflex, así que las fotos son más decentes.

I have just finished the Captain of Gorgoroth that I left almost ready yesterday. Pues sí, el fin de semana suele cundir, y este no iba a ser diferente. Por lo pronto he medio acabado, a falta de algunos detalles, como siempre, tres orcos más de Gorgoroth, con lo cual ya solo falta por terminar el Capitán, que además está bastante avanzado. Me queda poco tiempo y tengo que acabarlos sí o sí.

He hecho un cambio en la vestimenta de los siete acabados, y es que he pasado a pintar como si fuese un tejido lo que antes había pintado como armadura metálica, no sé, lo veo ahora más real, esos pliegues que había en un metal no me pegaban.

Las fotos son bastante malas, a ver si doy con la tecla que tengo la cámara reflex jodida y para el macro era la buena.

 I have made a change in the clothing of the seven finishes, and that is that I have gone on to paint as if it were a fabric what I had previously painted as metallic armor, I don't know, I see it more real now, those folds that were in a metal do not they beat me

Para continuar participando en El Desafío Escenografía de este año, y tras La Ciudad Bajo la Montaña, pensé que no podía dedicar tanto tiempo a otra maqueta así, por eso me decidí por algo más pequeño y abarcable, aunque quiero que quede bien, tampoco voy a hacer un churro...

Al final una casita como las de Tabletop World que tanto me gustan, a ver si soy capaz de hacer algo así.

He buscado inspiración en Pinterest y me he quedado con esta, que no es pequeña precisamente, así voy viendo qué tal se me da, y ya luego si eso me meto en algo más grande aún.

Para empezar tenía un buen trozo de poliestireno extrusionado y lo he cogido para este trabajo. Primero cortar en trozos, los tres volúmenes de que consta la casa.

Y luego añadir un par de trozos de espuma para la zona de madera y replantear los tejados. Me queda algo más de un mes para acabarla, pero quiero darle un buen empujón antes de la semana santa, que luego no me da tiempo y no quiero verme agobiado.

Ayer saqué un rato para acabar de hacer las fotos a la nueva pareja de Orcos de Gorgoroth, ya tengo la mitad de la compañía lista, ahora toca pensarme la peana, bueno, y acabar los otros cuatro, claro.

PRIMERA PAREJA DE ORCOS DE GORGOROTH CASI LISTOS

Ya hace una semana que los tengo así, de hecho acabo de terminar la segunda pareja, pero luego haré las fotos, esta tarde, así que subo primero estos dos.

No sé cómo hacer las peanas, me gustaría variar de lo típico: piedrecita, césped y arena, pero no se me ocurre nada, a ver qué veo por ahí.

I've had them like this for a week now, in fact I just finished the second pair, but I'll take the photos later this afternoon, so I'll upload these two first.

EL DESAFÍO 2023. FEBRERO

Este mes ha sido una pasada, hacía mucho que no veía tanto nivel en los Concursos de www.laguerradelanillo.com, y es que ha habido buenos trabajos en todos los concursos, desde El Desafío al MasterMini.

Y no es por nada, pero me he llevado los cuatro, sí, los cuatro, un acaparador en toda regla, pero creo, sinceramente que ha sido merecido, porque la verdad es que me han quedado geniales mis minis de este mes.

En El Desafío es donde no estaba la cosa tan clara, había buenos trabajos, pero el mío también lo era, y al final los jueces me lo han dado. 

 

This month has been amazing, it's been a long time since I've seen such a level in the www.laguerradelanillo.com Contests, and there have been good jobs in all the contests, from El Desafío to MasterMini. 

And it's not for nothing, but I've taken all four, yes, all four, a full-fledged hoarder, but I sincerely believe that it has been deserved, because the truth is that my minis this month have turned out great. 

In El Desafío it is where things were not so clear, there were good works, but mine was also good, and in the end the judges gave it to me.

 

 

 

 

Luego venía El Desafío Conversiones, donde mis trasgos estaban más currados que el wargo de Deyfrus, muy chulo también.

En el MasterMini también estaba la cosa igualada, pero me lo he llevado.

Y el que más claro e ilusionado me tenía era el de El Desafio Escenografía, con La Ciudad de los Trasgos, que creo que era merecedora del galardón, ya que yo lo he hecho en los dos meses que hay de plazo, mientras ese pedazo de Abismo de Helm le ha llevado un año a Cortifgc.

And the one that made me clearer and more excited was El Desafio Scenery, with La Ciudad de los Goblins, which I think was deserving of the award, since I have done it in the two months that there is a deadline, while that piece of Helm's Deep has taken Cortifgc a year.

0036 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY GT500

La primera entrega del coleccionable fue este Ford Mustang, una preciosidad, ahora me arrepiento enormemente de no haberme hecho con alguna unidad más, sobre todo porque el precio era muy bajo, ya he aprendido y cuando sale un coleccionable me hago con un par al menos del primer número.

Al igual que el anterior, está totalmente transformado para ser jugable al Gaslands, el juego de coches punk apocalíptico que tengo en escala 1:43.

El original, que también busco, era color azul con una doble línea blanca en el centro recorriendo todo el coche, una preciosidad, de verdad. 

Ahora... pues se ha convertido en un coche azul oxidado, con el motor por fuera del capó, una defensa posterior mostruosa, y delante un disco de corte gigante, además de pinchos en los tapacubos y está equipado con un lanzallamas... casi nada.

The first installment of the collectible was this Ford Mustang, a beauty, now I greatly regret not having gotten one more unit, especially since the price was very low, I have already learned and when a collectible comes out I get at least a couple of the first number. 

 Like the previous one, it is completely transformed to be playable in Gaslands, the apocalyptic punk car game that I have in 1:43 scale. 

 The original, which I'm also looking for, was blue with a double white line in the center running through the entire car, truly beautiful.  

Now... well it's turned into a rusty blue car, with the engine sticking out of the hood, a monstrous rear fender, and a giant cutting disc in front, as well as spikes on the hubcaps and it's equipped with a flamethrower... almost nothing.
