Tras unos días liado con otra cosa ya he empezado a trabajar en los gorditos... tengo dada la capa base de las pieles y he acabado más o menos a dos para ver el esquema de color, lilas y azules principalmente...

Es supercomplicado pillar algo de esta marca de escenografía, la única forma prácticamente es pedir directamente al sitio web, pero todo viene de Croacia, y los gastos de envío y tasas hacen subir mucho el precio final. Sí, es la mejor marca que hay de escenografía, la calidad y el diseño son impresionantes, pero como digo, una quimera pillar algo.
Y mira por dónde el otro día sin venir a cuento me encontré un lote en Wallapop a un precio muy bueno. Se trataba de la Merchant House con las mercancías, la Townhouse, dos Pozos, uno con techumbre y el otro no (todo esto ya lo tenía de antes, lo tengo además pintado, menos los pozos), y además venía una Letrina y la Cottage II... lo reservé y lo pagué, y luego cuando miro el precio en la tienda oficial... me he ahorrado más del 50%... éxito total, además incluí dos agujeros hobbit de Forgeworld al lote, también con descuento con respecto a la tienda oficial. Lo dicho, un éxito.

Sí, voy a por los gorditos de la gama. Y es que la semana pasada me llegó el kickstarter de Ridgeback Miniatures, y venían unas preciosas figuras de Guardia de Abrakhân, además de otras preciosas, que a ver si hago fotos y os las enseño.
La cosa es que siempre recibo cosas y luego tardo una eternidad en pintarlas, dejando un poco de ser la novedad, y esta vez quería ser el primero o de los primeros en tener las figuras pintadas, así que me busqué unos originales de Games Workshop que tenía por aquí para completar la compañía.
Además hoy me han llegado unas cosillas de Tabletop World que he pillado con un 60% de descuento, un chollo que he aprovechado.

Seguimos actualizando El Desafío. En marzo ya ni intente participar, directamente me vi que no iba a tener tiempo.
De entre las compañías presentadas me quedo con estas a pesar de no ser ninguna la ganadora.

Esta mañana he acabado de colocar al ent en su base, así que ya tengo la parejita para El Desafío de Julio, llevaba sin participar desde el año pasado... uffff.
En fin, espero que os guste. Lo he pintado como si fuese un chopo, colores claritos y luego lineas horizontales; la idea es que parezca saliendo de su zona de pastoreo, con troncos iguales a él, porque es pastor de chopos...

EL DESAFÍO 2021. FEBRUARY
Voy a intentar ir poniendo al día los resúmenes de El Desafío, ya lo he hecho en la página de La Guerra del Anillo, tras un arduo trabajo, y ahora quiero recuperarlo para mi blog.
Comencemos por el ya lejano febrero, donde hubo una gran participación, yo lo intenté por segunda vez, pero no tuve constancia, así que volví a fallar, además comenzaban los últimos meses antes de la mudanza y demás, así que veía como la cosa iba para largo.
En febrero se cumplía el primer plazo para El Desafío Escenografía, que está siendo un éxito, con una muy buena participación y encima unos trabajos espectaculares.

ALL READY FOR A NEW ENT
Junto a Bárbol tenía que pintar otro Ent, en principio a punto estuve de ponerme con el de Mierce que tengo ahí repetido, pero al final descubrí la caja del ent de plástico de GW, a falta de que me pille a Ramaviva de Forge World... pintaré el de plástico.
Y antes de imprimar a Bárbol preparé a este también para hacer la imprimación de las peanas y los ents a la vez, para ahorrar spray negro.
La cosa es que en la peana he querido meter tres troncos para pintarlos con el mismo esquema que el Ent, todo sea para dejar claro que es un auténtico pastor de árboles, de sus hermanos los árboles...
